Making it a requirement and some standards around the requirement - They do have a degree of backup already. We got through the Spanish power cut without losing mobile and fibre connection until about 8 hours in the DHCP server in Barcelona for our fibre connection died .. so we had no IP address and no connectivity. - At that point it was off to the bar for drinks until it came back up.
