A&E = prescription
District Nurse = GP Appt
GP Home Visit = District Nurse
Average Prescription/GP Appointment = GP Home/A&E Visit
You can tell it's older, though, because they're trying to reterm A&E to Emergency Department, to stop unnecessary attendances...
